We offer an independent and impartial dispute resolution service, designed to provide an alternative to legal proceedings for resolving financial services disputes. Our services are provided free of charge to consumers and aim to address complaints between individuals and our scheme participants.

While we are not government-funded and do not regulate or discipline participants, we operate in accordance with the benchmarks set out in the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. Approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs, we ensure independence, fairness, accessibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness in our operations.

Our scheme participants encompass a wide range of financial entities, including non-bank lenders, credit unions, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, and many more.
